Having spent ten years designing and importing custom furniture, Craig has a strong sense of design. As the Operations Manager for Bathroomware House Group, Craig understands what it takes to make your bathroom stand out from the rest and takes immense pleasure in seeing the smile on customers faces when they return to show off photos of their finished projects.

Craig believes that it's important to listen to what the customer wants from a bathroom, then use experience to help them design the bathroom of their dreams. Modern practical bathrooms are Craig's passion, where the colours and lighting make one or two hero pieces stand out with a pop. He also has a deep appreciation of heritage style bathrooms - "It's all about presentation".
